We want you to feel confident with every UMI purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or fragrance
Sale items, undergarments, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us with your order number and we will investigate further.
